Wesley and Frazer have been great. When we decided to go with Leonard's team he came in and systematically diagnosed each problem and began handling problems that had persisted for some time under our previous IT company. They have gone out of their way to help out in any situation, including meeting me up here on a Saturday morning when a problem arose with our server. They are very responsive and will do the research to accuratly diagnose the problem and properly correct it. All too often with our previous IT company we would receive band-aid type fixes and the main issues would continue to be unresolved. Also Wesley has been great in helping us control our IT costs which had been sky rocketing under the previous company. If you want a locally owned IT partner I strongly suggest Wesley . Overall |

My business was growing, but my computer problems were also increasing. As a medium size company, I had about 35 people operating computers and emails everyday. My in-house I.T. person could not prevent the increasing spams, computer viruses and crashes. I decided to outsource my I.T. I used Kudzu to find and interview companies. I liked Wesley because he wasn't a salesman for an I.T. company, he was the one I would see. I felt a trust there and hired him the day we met. That was almost a year ago and "Solutions" is a great description to Leonard's service. No more computer problems! It's GREAT! I even use Duel Consulting for my computers at home. |

I know a bit about computers and felt completely at ease with John. He worked with my schedule and was always extremely pleasant. He seemed so knowledgeable about everything that I was completely comfortable with allowing him to work on my entire business and home network.He made me feel like we were old friends and met more than once, it was pleasant to even be around him. We have been working with Duel Consulting for a year now and the service our company receives from Wesley is among the best. No matter what the problem is, he goes beyond the call of duty to fix it. Like alot of people if you have children I guess you can count on Spyware at some point or another. Well I thought the computer was a done for but we called Duel Consulting anyway. After only about 1 hour it was as good as new.Thks guys |
